Job Duties:
- Lead the production crew and ensure that their responsibilities are performed efficiently, safely and productively.
- Work with production manager to operate locations at optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure crews are keeping equipment maintenance current and cleanliness of equipment and plant areas.
- Manage timecards for accuracy and complete equipment.
- Communication of information, company policies and procedures to employees.
- Ensure production crew is meeting production targets while maintaining efficiencies and quality.
- Implement production schedules to meet production goals.
- Ensure regular maintenance is performed to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory and safety records.
- Communicate with production manager in annual crusher planning and repairs.
- Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements.

Physical Requirements: Must have ability to lift at least 50 pounds, must have the ability to climb ladders and work at heights of at least 30 feet and must have ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Also requires occasional bending, twisting, squatting and crouching. May be exposed to hazards such as but not limited to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, and electrical current. Must be willing to work overtime.
Working Conditions: Work areas are exposed to all elements of weather, loud noise, dusty conditions and uneven ground. Also, exposure to heavy moving machinery.
